Welcome to Training Grounds, we are a unisex gym open 7 days a week.

Training Grounds offers a range of equipment consisting of free Weights/Plate loaded machines, Cardio Vascular, Resistance Machines and a state of the art Boxing gym. No matter what your goals are, be it general fitness or body building, we have the equipment to assist you.


We are here to provide the facilities and the motivation for people of all ages, shapes and sizes to help you reach your goal in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere.

Online programming offers you the opportunity to get professional programming specific to you and your goals. This service will take all of the thinking out of achieving your goals so you can put all of your focus into working hard. This is personal training from a far so you can exercise at your own convenience and comfort.
